When we returned to pick up the car, Kieth (our salesman) was conveniently gone, the touchscreen didn’t work, and service dept. blamed it on a “sensitive/dirty screen” until I mentioned the recall—then they finally agreed to replace it. We had to make another trip back for that repair. I also had to push for both wheel bearings to be fixed and repeatedly ask for proof of the work.
