We are from California. We had an emergency with the protection plate underneath our car from a previous place in CA we got an oil.change from. It was hanging and ripped. Joey and his team handled this with a huge smile, great conversation, professionalism, and down right awesomeness. I know that everytime we come to vegas, for any car issues, we WILL be coming here. True great business!

Spent the whole morning on Monday freaking out because my car was out of control on the road and multiple mechanics weren’t being honest over the phone. Telling me my car is too old, might as well be scrapped, needs a whole new system, etc. one shop told me an inspection would take $200 and 5-6 hours. I called Integrity and Joey answered. After a quick explanation he calmly told me to bring it in, he’ll lift it up, and let me know what he sees. Randy, Joey, and Jessica helped me immensely when my battery needed to be replaced. They not only got to me quickly and changed my battery, but they also made sure my dog could stay comfortable and safe in the truck during the process.
