Could not recommend this company enough! I've had two issues over the last few years that has put my company 'out of business'. Luckily, with their fast response and eagerness to help from Stephen and team at Integrity, we were only down for a few days. They are more than accommodating, reasonable and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of working with Steven and Colleen. This was great service. My site is based out of NYC, spoke with Steven for a brief consult of the issues regarding my endoclavical probe. Shipped next day and they were able to work on it and returned within a week. The probe was tested and evaluated there and they both kept great communication and updated me when I called as well. Reasonable cost to fix the misplaced lens. Definitely pleased with the service. Thanks again for the service.
