i have an ongoing work comp case, if you are reading these reviews, you probably do too. i had a positive experience getting IME here, probably because of some factors i'll share after the review. reception was profoundly understaffed but friendly & polite when i arrived. the office is kinda back in a corner, but not hard to find. poor housekeeping, likely related to staffing. doctor boodin was highly professional, she did not make me uncomfortable in any way. i felt heard during examination, i did not feel mischaracterized ... read more
Tho you see many bad reviews on this place, I feel very different. The office staff was soo nice and accommodating. Super friendly and very helpful. The doctor was very professional. Very polite and instantly. I had a truly wonderful experience here and would highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for all the help and such a positive experience during and difficult time!!!
Integrity Medical Evaluations truly lives up to their name. The staff is professional, organized, and kind, making every appointment run smoothly. Many people don’t realize that Integrity is completely independent and does not make decisions on workers’ compensation claims. Their role is to provide fair and unbiased medical evaluations. They treat everyone with respect and professionalism, and I highly recommend them.
Front desk staff was short to the point of rudeness, every chair intended for people being examined is uncomfortable, the place is cold and dirty (see dust in picture), and the roll of paper that keeps the exam table sanitary was resting on the floor. If you're going here you're already having a bad time because you've been hurt and the responsible party's insurance doesn't want to pay.
