Tho you see many bad reviews on this place, I feel very different. The office staff was soo nice and accommodating. Super friendly and very helpful. The doctor was very professional. Very polite and instantly. I had a truly wonderful experience here and would highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for all the help and such a positive experience during and difficult time!!!
Integrity Medical Evaluations truly lives up to their name. The staff is professional, organized, and kind, making every appointment run smoothly. Many people don’t realize that Integrity is completely independent and does not make decisions on workers’ compensation claims. Their role is to provide fair and unbiased medical evaluations. They treat everyone with respect and professionalism, and I highly recommend them.
Front desk staff was short to the point of rudeness, every chair intended for people being examined is uncomfortable, the place is cold and dirty (see dust in picture), and the roll of paper that keeps the exam table sanitary was resting on the floor. If you're going here you're already having a bad time because you've been hurt and the responsible party's insurance doesn't want to pay. Feels like they’re in the pockets of SAIF. Claim denied, but that’s fine. I have great insurance and Oregon paid leave.
Today I was required to see this provider by the insurer that insures my employer. First, they photocopy your Drivers License--for what reason? No one was able to say=SKETCHY. I then go inside the exam room to be asked a bazillion questions--most of which I supplied over the phone with some person from the work-mans comp insurance. The whole time it felt like Dr. Mangum (DO) was trying to get me to agree with what he was saying or attempting to change what I was reporting.
