Integrity Mechanical did a fantastic job fixing our home ac issue. The ac was staying on constantly and blowing warm air in the middle of summer. Shane was able to quickly diagnose the issue and clearly explain what he was recommending for the fix and what the cost would be. I felt the price was very reasonable compared to past companies I have used. He was thorough making sure everything was back to normal. Highly recommend using them.
Another 5-star review for Ian and Integrity - after other quotes recommending either Heat Pump or full system replacement at $3500 to $7K - Ian reviewed the clean service history and recommended replacing the damaged component only - tested the entire system and offered 1 year warranty on the replaced part. “If possible we would rather REPAIR than REPLACE”. RESULT - Unit up and running in 1 day - Happy Tenants - at least $2500 saved. INTEGRITY is knowledgeable, fast and fair.

I called on a Saturday evening when my A/C Unit went out. My call was answered and handled in a professional manner and I was promised a call back on Monday. Monday came and Shane called at 7:30AM to let me know he would be coming out in 30 min. He arrived, introduced himself and accessed the situation.
