Another 5-star review for Ian and Integrity - after other quotes recommending either Heat Pump or full system replacement at $3500 to $7K - Ian reviewed the clean service history and recommended replacing the damaged component only - tested the entire system and offered 1 year warranty on the replaced part. “If possible we would rather REPAIR than REPLACE”. RESULT - Unit up and running in 1 day - Happy Tenants - at least $2500 saved. INTEGRITY is knowledgeable, fast and fair.

I called on a Saturday evening when my A/C Unit went out. My call was answered and handled in a professional manner and I was promised a call back on Monday. Monday came and Shane called at 7:30AM to let me know he would be coming out in 30 min. He arrived, introduced himself and accessed the situation. He explained the capacitor was the issue and asked if I was ready to continue the repair. SCARY! Jason came to my home and was pretty aggressive and pompous. He came in with a vape machine and spoke down to me as though I didn't understand that the blower in the attic was the issue. Since I was home alone and did NOT feel safe I didn't proceed with the estimate. Upon leaving he drove away with phone in hand directly across from a school bus pick up.
