My AC was leaking and they were very quick to come over and resolve the issue. I want to recognition to Ian for being very professional and efficient! Service was well priced as well.
They are very responsive to calls and will schedule a visit quickly. Also want to reiterate what many have already mentioned: Shane is an incredibly nice guy and very knowledgeable in the field. If he comes out, you are definitely in good hands.
This company and owner was recklessly and dangerously driving their work truck. Cut me off then proceeded to flip me off. I called to speak to owner or manager to make a complaint about an unsafe employee driving their work vehicle only to speak directly to the owner. In which he proceeded to mock me when I said I had a baby in the back seat. He was extremely disrespectful and highly unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS MAN AT ALL. There’s a reason it’s called Integrity Mechanical. I spoke to Ian after 24 hours of no AC and he immediately dispatched Shane. Prior to Shane coming out, I had two other AC companies tell me that I needed an entirely new system that would be thousands of dollars. My home warranty company even declined our claim! Once Shane showed up, not only was he the nicest and most professional guy in the world, but he took his time diagnosing and figuring out what happened. Integrity Mechanical did a fantastic job fixing our home ac issue. The ac was staying on constantly and blowing warm air in the middle of summer. Shane was able to quickly diagnose the issue and clearly explain what he was recommending for the fix and what the cost would be. I felt the price was very reasonable compared to past companies I have used. He was thorough making sure everything was back to normal. Highly recommend using them.
