Gerald and Daniel are our Landscapers here at the Brumby Lofts in Marietta. They are so good and if there is an issue always quick to respond in a courteous manner. The Brumby is an apartment community but the Integrity team always strive to get the job done and keep us looking fresh and clean. Thank you guys we appreciate all your hard work.
I messaged them about service; I was given multiple dates. I choose one, and the woman, Jill says, pick another date. I gave her another date, one in which she provided and she says again, it's not available. Now, these are rhe dates she gave me.. The initial customer service has been terrible..now, she's ignoring my emails. Go figure.
This is a very passionate team that focuses on excellence in everything they do!
I have been through several land scape companies over the past 35 years and I finally found the one! Responsive, professional, reasonable and focused on the customer's experience - highly recommend
