I paid for installation online before going to my appointment and on the way to my installation appointment a car ran a red light and my car was totaled. Since I don’t have a car anymore I don’t need the interlock. I’ve left voicemails explaining what happened and asking for a refund. They wouldn’t answer my calls so I called from my boyfriend’s phone and they answered. Been seeing Manny every other month for a year and he makes coming in for the recalibration appointments as smooth and entertaining as can be.
It's never a fun experience when you half to go here because it's not for a fun reason obviously but the staff are all very nice and informative! Manny was my tech and he made sure I understood everything 100% before I left the building! If you half to have a interlock device installed these are the people to call!!
Manny and those guys helped me keep my car running
Manny gave customer service and was really knowledgeable with any question I had!
