Keith did our home inspection and 6 weeks after moving into our house we had to pay over $5,000 to have bats and squirrels removed from the attic. Just seems like having bats and squirrels in the attic is something you wouldn’t miss on a home inspection. The pest control man that came out said that this problem had been WAY longer than a 6 week issue.
Keith was wonderful. He took the time to help us understand every issue with the house we were considering purchasing. His report was very detailed, including nice photos that gave us a thorough image of the overall condition of the building. I would highly recommend his services.

Keith was amazing to work with! He was on time, very detail oriented and thorough with his home inspection. Keith explained things above and beyond we could ask for. He did extra tips and tricks that relate to his findings with the inspection. We felt comfortable with him and excellent reliability- as well as quick response and professional while working with realtor and our family as well. We are happy we decided to go with Keith and are grateful for the work he did for us. Will definitely recommend his business!
