My home was inspected by Brian Nix, Integrity Inspections, Northport, AL on May 25, 2022 who was hired by a potential buyer. During the inspection the outside unit stopped working which Mr. Nix noted on inspection report that was released to me by potential buyer. When I returned to my house the next day I discovered the thermostat had been switched from auto to fan and temp set on 69 and inside unit was running because it was set on fan but not cooling because outside unit was no longer working.
