I am still waiting on my 2023 tax return and have had significant difficulty getting any meaningful updates. I’ve sent over 10 emails and made multiple phone calls, but have not received responses or returned calls. Being told my return is “processing” is not helpful when I can already verify that myself. I specifically asked for assistance in determining if there are any issues causing the delay, but did not receive support. Tina M. Kleckner EA, CAA from Integrity in Tax & Accounting, LLC is very knowledgeable, where other certified and acceptance IRS agents wanted to charge me an arm and a leg, Tina charge me an affordable price. This was first year coming here and will definitely be my last. I explained during our initial meeting that i had sold stock and previous tax preparers handled incorrectly. After she prepared the refund was less than expected because the stock sale wasn't handled correctly. I had to send her a link with info on how to handle. I never should have paid for the terrible service. Turbo tax can do better.
