Scheduled an emergency air conditioner repair. Called multiple times to see if the techs carry blower motors. If they did not, I would call another company. They were eager to get here to charge me $179 to tell me no in-person. Got transferred 3x and no one could answer the question. 1 star operation here. EDIT* It was the blower motor, was able to check the capacitor. I called them back and cancelled the appointment, waiting to see if I’m still going to be charged even though they never came to the house

Avoid! Avoid Avoid! This scam of a company gave me a $52,000 quote to do work that did not need to be done! Do not use this company to do any work on your home! I hired Integrity Home Solutions for what should have been some basic stuff like flickering lights and getting a few switches installed and it turned into a total shakedown. The guy they sent spent the whole time trying to scare me into thinking my entire house was a fire hazard even though it had been fully retired and was safe. This company is extremely incompetent. My elderly parents hired Integrity Home Solutions to fix their heating system because it wasn't blowing any hot air. The technician Richard came to the house to assess the a.c. unit and stated that the thermostat is broken. He proceeded to place a new thermostat and charged $375.00. When I stopped by my elderly parents' house, they told me they hired INTEGRITY HOME SOLUTIONS, and the heat was still not working. UPDATE: Changed my rating after finally getting in touch with someone who listened to my situation, reviewed the case and corrected my invoicing. We had never before had issues with them in the past as they had installed our EV charging station so the below incident surprised me. But customer care Jessica came through and did right by us as a customer. Thank you Integrity Home Solutions requires either a deposit or full payment up front for the work they quote. A literal scam, do not waste your time. I was told on the phone that it's $39 for tech to come and and I specifically asked if that includes the diagnostic. I was told yes. The tech comes out and says it's $750 to diagnose the situation and the $39 was just for him to come out and tell me that.
