Very helpful. Called about certain type of inspection. Come to find out they don't do it any more and they helped guide me on what to do and how to look for it.
I hired the to do a home inspection on a mobile home. Inspection came back I needed a new roof. Sellers payed to have one put on. Inspector passed the roof. Within 3 months, my roof was leaking inside my living room and dining room window. The roofing company, who weren’t liscensed didn’t replace any boards underneath that were rotted. I’m disabled, and don’t have the money that fix this. All they can do is pay back the money. Waste of money! Also the kitchen and bathroom didn’t have correct light switches, there was a fire ... read more
