David was very professional, knowledgeable, informative and personable. I would highly recommended him to my friends and family members. He was on time. Showed me things during the inspection, and did not rush through the inspection. He answered my questions without talking down to me. Very kind and respectful. I had my full report emailed to me within a couple of hours. The report contained pictures and an easy to read format with suggestions/pointers in blue and areas of concern in red. Thank you David!
