Nicholas arrived exactly on time, took the time to patiently acquaint himself with our suspicious dog and then efficiently went about his tasks. Though it never entered my mind, he discovered and informed me we needed a new humidifier filter, something I would have otherwise had to deal with in the fall. He thoroughly cleaned up after himself, even returning our vacuum cleaner to its place in front of our furnace. Kind, respectful and courteous- five stars all the way! Ed

Nicholas 'went right to the source of my problem 'he knew what the problem was. He was quick and efficient. Very polite 'he knew what he was doing. He did a great job of cleaning my airconditioner. Nice to have such great technicians working for you.

Adolfo was prompt and polite. And, he did an excellent job cleaning my A/C unit and furnace. It was especially in need of care to remove grime that had collected from a nearby grill and it likes great now. He gave me some tips on services Integrity can provide as part of my contract, as well.

The same repairman who performed our A/C tune-up last August 2018 came to address an A/C problem today. He did a great job of explaining what he was doing and why to pin down the problem. He and his intern did get the problem resolved expeditiously and left us with a working A/C. We are happily enjoying cool air again.
