Great customer service. Will seriously consider their estimate. Had a guy come out and inspect my HVAC to see its condition, Fabian H. Great guy, small talked, and was willing to answer any questions I had. We had air-conditioning added to our existing whole house furnace. The job went well with Integrity Heating & AC repair and feel that we got a good system for a very good price. We did have a couple of minor issues, as with any job, but they were addressed quickly and completely.
i needed my thermostat replaced. my old one went out and my house had no heat for two days. Staff of Integrity Heating & AC repair responded to my request within 15 minutes and had mike call me within 5 minutes from us hanging up. mike was at my house in 30 minutes. i was lucky to be able to get such a fast service on the same day but it must have been meant to be. i have found my hvac company for all my service needs and will not need to be in search ever again. Fabian came out and gave me a quote for basically installing a whole new A/C system. He compared favorably with the other quote I got. He and Antonio just finished the job and everything is working fine again. Very friendly and answered all questions with great patience. Nothing like getting your A/C back in time for summer!
