I had my whole roof replaced in the summer of 2018 by this company. When it was finished, there were several spots where the shingles were lifting. I had to call them 3 times before they finally came out to look at it. They came back to fix the issues, but it was raining so they had to reschedule (no fault of theirs). I have called 2 more times and left messages and haven't even been contacted. It has been 15 months and my roof still isn't fixed!
RecommendedWe had a great experience with Integrity. They added on a 3-car garage, converted the old garage to living space, and gave the whole house a facelift with all new siding and a new roof. We had a good experience with integrity. We had an issue around 11pm one night with a faucet in the bath tub and they were at the house in 10 minutes and took care of the problem. I then had them do a project a week or so later and was very satisfied with their work and their work ethic. I would recommend them based on my experience with integrity.
My wife and I hired this company to remodel two bathrooms. Worst decision we have ever made. The bath faucet on the one tub is so lose I am afraid it will fall off every time I use it. After complaining about this nothing was done to fix it. In the second bathroom the shower door still does not close correctly after numerous attemps to fix it.
