I met Tim Lee over 2 years ago after my condo suffered extensive smoke damage due to a fire in the unit below me. Tim was recommended by a friend who knew his work well. I found Tim to be respectful and sympathetic to my circumstances and understood what needed to be done and my time frame. I always felt he had my best interest in everything.
