Zach and Dom cleaned our carpet yesterday. They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They took extra time on some stubborn areas and, while the fibers were broken down, they look so much better. Every area that was cleaned looks almost brand new. We are all about partnerships - we are now lifelong partners with Integrity Carpet Care. Thanks guys!

Zach from Integrity Carpet Care does not handle customer complaints very well. He was very bothered by my complaints of the subcontractor he hired to install carpet at my property. The subcontractor was scheduled to arrive at 10am and told me 3 to 4 different times that something came up and it would be later. He finally showed up at 2:30pm rang my Ring doorbell, waited 20 seconds and took off. - Amazing Job, my housing company dispatched them on a Friday after a major storm, they came out as quick as they could. They got all the machines hooked up to dry my bedroom and living room walls out. The level of education and knowledge these gentleman have is outstanding. They are top tier.
