I’m giving this company a 4 ONLY B/c I appreciate the owner taking his time to look at my car no charge. That was very kind! Which is shy I was shocked today to arrive at 10am as asked and to attempt to speak NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME!! One guy even proceeded to walk pass and never looked my way. I actually had to say excuse me sir twice!! Then walked me to the waiting area. It made me feel very overlooked as a soon to be customer. So not sure what the vibe was!! But by the Grace of God I hope it wasn’t what I thought
I had to have transmission work done and it was done in a timely manner. This is my only vehicle and I am happy with the turn around. I will definitely call Dusty first if I need any other repairs !! Thanks Dusty and team.
Made an appointment for my car and my car hadn’t even been touched 3 days later. They lied multiple times saying that they’d started working on my vehicle/ when it’d be done when they hadn’t. Drove by the place and my car hadn’t moved. Their communication was terrible, wouldn’t have known what was going on with my car if my girlfriend and I hadn’t called multiple times. Our family was traveling from Indiana to Pennsylvania for a family vacation when our car started acting up. My husband felt the gears shift down on the interstate and the check engine light came on. We were able to safely navigate to a parking lot. We began looking for a place that could get us in that day. I would recommend Integrity Car Care to anyone wanting good service, reasonable prices and a quick response. Recently being divorced it was important for me to find a mechanic I can trust for mine and my girls vehicles ,that would do a good job and be affordable . I have found that here!
