My landlord hired these men to exterminate my house without telling me. After spreading misinformation about bugs, and me calling them out on it, they told me to "f" off and hung up on me.

Integrity bed bugs solutions are awesome. They did a fantastic job. They are all very nice helpful and answered all my questions. Stephanie and Art and the guy that did my home. This place has been I my house twice and we have followed there directions to the letter. We still have bed bugs. That was almost $1,800.00 down the drain. I am highly disappointed with the way they handled it. If you see any bugs within 90 they will come back out and treat. Within 2 weeks we saw more bugs. They came out again close to the end of the 90 days and said that they will NOT be back again. I am highly upset that I sent all this money and now I can’t get them to return to fix the issue.

I called Integrity Company when I realized we were having a bug problem. Art immediately answered the phone and set up an appointment for me, at my time and schedule. They arrived even a little bit earlier than scheduled, which was great for us. They explained everything before hand on the phone, so this process went fast. Artie and Integrity Bed Bug Solutions was completely professional and did the job right. We had BB last year and the company we used did not do a thorough job. I wish I would have called Artie then. Job well done - would highly recommend them to anyone going thru this horrific nightmare.

Art and his crew of professionals were simply amazing! Fast service the treatment only took the one day and my problem was solved with just the one treatment! No chemicals were used which is a HUGE plus for me. He and his crew were very friendly, discreet, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone for this problem!

The crew at Integrity Bed Bug Solutions are awesome! They were very friendly and helped explain the heat treatment process that they use, so that I knew exactly what they were about to do. After just one treatment my house was free and clear of all the pests. I haven't had any more problems since the Integrity crew left my home. Thank you guys soo much. Both with my problem and being as helpful and polite as you were. Definitely getting my recommendation anytime I can!
