RecommendedI can't praise Integrity Automotive enough. If I could give more stars, I would. While I know that some auto repair shops can be condescending to their female customers, that has never been the case at Integrity. Besides that, I wait for my vehicle during an oil change or minor repair and I've been constantly impressed with the professionalism displayed with other customers. The business is aptly named. It definitely has integrity.

Recently I took my daughters car there. Charlie went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This is the third time I’ve taken a care there and each time has been the same. I’ve never been to a auto shop with as great customer service as here. I’m a customer for life.

I can't say enough good things about Integrity. They have been my auto shop for over 10 years. Today I brought my car in at 4:30 pm because I had run over a large boulder and was worried I may have damaged something. Even though they had a lot of cars they were already working on, they looked at mine right away, fixed some very minor things and did not charge me for any of it. Customer service at its finest.

I can't believe it! My left low beam head light went out last night on my way home from work. I called the dealership - it would cost about $62.00 and they can get me in on Friday afternoon. I called Integrity Automotive. They said they have the bulb in stock, it'll cost about $24.00 and if I bring it by today, they can install while I wait. I went over at 2:15 and Troy handed me my keys back at 2:20! What service!! They quoted me a price far less than the dealer - actually, it was at cost and delivered as promised! They now... read more

I left work at 3 in the afternoon to find my truck had a dead battery. After getting a jump, I went straight to Integrity and Charlie got me right in, changed the battery, checked the alternator and starter, and had me on my way within 45 mins. Thank you for being so efficient!
BOTH MY DAUGHTER'S HAD CARS THAT NEEDED FIXING.THEY GOT THEM IN AN OUT AS FAST AS THEY COULD EVEN SAW TO IT THAT THEY GOT A RENTAL FOR ONE OF THEM WHEN THEY WE'RE SHORT A PART.
