Glenn is a great owner and easy to work with. I brought my older vehicle to him for a second opinion and he was very honest, taking over three hours to inspect the vehicle, creating a laundry list of missed maintenance, and letting me know I might be better off to cut my losses. Even though my car was there for the better part of a day, he did not charge me for the work. If you’re like me, and don’t know much about cars - you can trust this shop.
I had an emergency suspension issue on my Escalade. Dave was able to squeeze me in found out that I desperately needed a ball joint replacement. I watched In amazement as Dave ordered my new part, he was also training a new Technician while working on my truck, helping other customers, and answering multiple phone Calls.
