Absolutely WORST experience ever! A month into our new car and they tell us that our loan never got approved! I just had a new born and now I have to deal with all of this with getting my old car back ! I would definitely go somewhere else! They will screw you over !

I was pre-approved on June 19th and I didn't think I was going to get a vehicle with challenged credit. I went to the dealership on June 20th, after I got off work. Enrique sat down and had me fill out the paperwork. A little while later, he told me "Congratulations, lets go test drive your new car"! I got a 2017 Ford Focus SE Sedan. I had looked at this very car and a couple of others. It only took about 2 hours to do everything (the shortest time I ever experience with buying a car).
