I would highly recommend anyone to go to Integrity Auto Group, Augusta KS to buy a used car! This business really stands up to it's name and Salesman Jim is the absolute best to work with. They are friendly, caring and fast in working with you. I am very pleased with my experience with them. Love my new car!
Honest people just make sure you have a good back ground on the car before. I bought my car and the check engine light came on the day after buying it but they fixed the issue pretty quickly. Had my car back in half a day.
I am never one to leave reviews, good or bad, but my experience has me LIVID. I was sold a car with an empty tank of gas (even though they are located RIGHT NEXT to a QuikTrip) this should have been my first red flag. The check engine light came on 2 days after buying the car. It took over a month to get the title for the car because it was an out of state title. They didn't fill out the title right, so I had to go back. I had a great buying experience with Big Jim at integrity. Auto sales was very patient and kind he went above and beyond what a normal sales person would to give me the deal I wanted for my vehicle. I’ve not had any problems with my vehicle. Great experience I would go back any day.
