Never told me the diagnostic would cost should have double checked but would have been nice to been told beforehand Update: Just had the owner Dave call me and apologize for the mistake and offered a refund! Changing my 1 star to 5!
I had a flashing check engine light on my 2008 honda crv they were able to diagnose as a misfire off cylinder 4 but there was a mishap cuz they couldn't recreate the issue to figure out and diagnose where it came from but they came up with a good service plan did involve a $3,000 timing chain job but I couldn't afford it so we agreed to do a valve adjustment they recommended spark plugs n coils but I opted to do those myself they flushed my dirty ass brake fluid and did an alignment for $680 the engine definitely has more po... read more
Integrity Auto does not represent their name. Wife took it in and it needed valve covers replaced. They broke something while fixing so had to stay there longer and after getting it back it ran sluggish. Went back they repaired another part that they said they broke. Take it back for 3rd time because they broke power steering reservoir. Felt like someone had something against me because they break something g every time they have vehicle. I called with a minor issue...flat tire. They took me right in. Fixed it fast, and didn't charge me for the quick flat fix. Everyone in the shop was pleasant and helpful. Great customer service and a great shop!!!!!
