The employees are very unprofessional. Make disgusting jokes about women in their free time and openly smoke weed in their company vans while on duty. Specifically the employee who drives the van #**. This is not only a safety hazard in this line if work for the employee himself but also who he is around. This can be a dangerous line of work to be irresponsible like that.
Got my 500 dollar rebate along with my electric bill I was pleasantly surprised how much the heating bill went down. Jamal was great to work with and gave me a very competitive bid. Upon installation Jamal and the crew were on time and focused to complete the install. Unfortunately there were some kinks with the install but Integrety Air did not lose focus and came back until the heat pump was working properly I would recommend Integrity for their professionalism and focus on completing the install. Office staff are a pleasure! ********************* is very very rude! No one should do business with him! He doesn't care about what his customers think or need. Bought my house May of 2019, later that summer we had called them because the air conditioner was not working. They came out 3 times and told us that there is nothing wrong with this air conditioner.
