was bothered by having to look up insurance entire mood changed when I didn’t have the insurance cards and asked the front desk receptionist to look up insurance. As people walked in behind me were told to sit down, not asked or greeted in any way shape or form employee kept looking at her phone because she was playing music on her AirPod at the same time as working with us at the front desk
I had a great experience! The team had me in and out under an hour and were incredibly kind and inviting!
Was in and out there quickly along with prescription but that want the amazing part of my visit. The amazing part was the Provider Kelly & the MA Janie. I have never felt so taken care of because of these two. Their attitudes toward their job is one role-models are made of - thank you to both of you!
Kelly (nurse practitioner) and Janie (medical assistant) are fantastic people who always help me whenever I have to go in for a visit. They’re seriously so kind and they keep me from going anywhere else!
