I eschew public posts but the care I received was so exceptional that I have no choice other than to praise Janie and Teeia for a wonderful experience on an otherwise bad day. Janie went above and beyond by helping me locate my misplaced phone prior to my appointment as I was searching my vehicle. She came outside, asked what I had lost, then went back inside to retrieve her phone so that she could call me. After, she brought me straight back for my scheduled appointment.
