Staff is professional and friendly. The staff was also very gentle and my cat actually liked everyone there. Facilities are clean. I enjoy there are separate areas for the cats. I highly recommend this office. I will be coming here from now on.
I couldn't be more elated with my experience at Integrated Vet Med Center. My first consult with Dr Pfafman he spent an hour coming up with a specific plan to get my dog back to health. I had been to other Vets who tried to diagnose what was wrong with my dog but when they couldn't, they just wanted to jump to the worst case and propose surgery immediately. Dr. Tom is wonderful and always takes such care when adjusting Carson. The Staff is most accommodating and because we live about 2 hours away helps us coordinate appointments with other trips to the valley.
Dr.Pfafman and crew have been wonderful for my 7 yr and 10 mos golden retrievers. It's been wonderful to find an integrative vet and our 7 year olds arthritis is much improved and he's acting more like 5 again. I definitely recommend the Integrative vet med center for their holistic broad approach to caring for your pet or in our case our boys.
