Heidi is very nervous and afraid of new places, new things. She would cry and tremble as soon as we hit the parking lot at our old doctor's office. We have been to IVMC twice in the past week and she walks right through the front door! The atmosphere is very calming and having a happy dog during and after our visits is a much needed change! This practice is a great group of dedicated professionals. Very friendly and caring office staff, and vets that are passionate about what they do! I have a reactive and sometimes aggressive dog, they are the best with him and always willing to work him. They provide some of the best care your pet will ever get, and are so great with the follow calls!

I have gone to Dr Pfafman since moving to Arizona in 2000. He is and always will be the best veterinarian in my eyes. I love the time and attention given to my babies each and every time. I love that he supports raw feeding, natural healing methods, and chiropractic!
