My clinician Rosa at another practice was a godsend, but unfortunately left the practice she was at, and I was referred to Erin at ITTC. I feel Erin has a very healing energy about her persona. I had a good experience in two group therapies so I'm seeing if I can't get a counselor with them now. Very nice and understanding patient people.
This place is not interested in helping people with trauma. Their primary goal is making money off people with trauma. Athena sent me a letter in the mail telling me she was dropping me as a client, even though we had a session scheduled for a few days later, where she could have told me in person. She didn't feel it was necessary to approach me as someone deserving of dignity. They dumped me with no transition of care at all when I had a severely suicidal episode. I'd stay away from them if you have any kind of serious issue - they'll terminate services with no warning and no transition of care if you have a crisis.
