Very unprofessional.. dr didn't even show up today noone called and nobody will answer . Dr. Gonzaga showed me last time he didn't care about me but this time he really showed the rest of the hagerstown office he truly doesn’t care about any of his patients. And if they have meds or not . I couldn't get a ride for a urine test mind you the main office is leveal md . I had noone to take me so he refused my meds and put me on suboxone for pain untill this visit which i have been so so miserable. Just for him to not call or sho... read more
Confusion and slow. Was finally seen an hr after my scheduled appointment, but that was just to check me in,weight, blood pressure, heart rate, then had to wait back out in the office.. 2 hrs after my appointment I was seen after watching other clients be seen before me and leave when my appointment was surely before theirs.love mr dr but the desk ladies are something else...
Been coming here for years now 2 months ago someone else took over..waiting over an hour or more for a visit..unorganized.
After taking over the previous doctor, nothing is the same no more. They cannot get the meds called incorrectly. They call in wrong prescriptions. They lose urine test and cannot find them in the lab. I have seen the doctor one time and she laughed and snickered when I was in pain at the time
