My doctor is amazing, but unfortunately this place is a money grab hiding behind authorizations and unfriendly customer service. I typically don’t do comments, but felt it was necessary since I’ve elected to begin therapy again and chose this place based on the recommendation of my care provider. It’s so unfortunate when trying to prioritize one’s mental health.
They charged me $145 without calling me because I left their practice since the therapist wasn't the right fit for me... Edit: I received a call from their office & the charge was an insurance issue & they're nice so I changed my rating.
Michelle Turley gave me a complete psychological test over the computer and the long summary was totally full of inaccuracies about myself. She said I constantly undermine my attempts to get better because of my negative thinking and self-doubt and that I have to rely on others and that I don't want to be independent and I was unresponsive in therapy because of lack of pleasure and motivation. Updated: my therapist Lauren Rosen is the most amazing person I’ve ever met!!!! She is so great at her job and very professional!!! Gives me something to think about each and every time!!! I couldn’t be more happy of my therapist and how much she has helped me!!! Have an appointment set with this place next week! Got a referral from my mother who uses dr. Q and absolutely loves her!
