Horrible clinic. Take your business elsewhere. If you want top tier care for your children this is not the clinic for you.
I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a pediatrician in my life. Absolutely horrible. They do not care about patient care and if I can give anyone advice who reads this it would be to look elsewhere. When it comes to our children we need to be diligent with finding healthcare providers that truly care and this is not one of them. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. The owners do not care about patients and will not listen to you.
I’ve taken both of my children to IPHC since they were newborns. They are now 5&7. We love it here and never plan to go anywhere else. There are many closer pediatric offices we could visit but the 35 minute drive is absolutely worth it for us. Jen has been consistently personable, compassionate and informative. She provides insightful, evidence based information while still honoring parent and patient choice. Their website/app is also full of many great resources. My kids (4 and 6) have been seeing Dr. Jen since they were born. She is kind, knowledgeable and responsive. She doesn't over prescribe and gives us all treatment options while following medical guidelines. We appreciate Dr. Jen and her office so much!
