This place is horrible. Dr Porter does not listen and was only worried what he thought. It is important that you listen to your patients. They know their bodies better than you. NEVER go to this clinic if you want to feel heard.
I have a very complex & serious medical history, and Dr. Porter has been patient, curious, engaging, and helpful. He is willing to look at many possibilities and is willing to investigate and learn. He has helped me to regain a quality of life I thought would be gone at this point, and being in my early 50s, that was a devastating thought. Almost missed an appointment, and they were so kind to help us make it still. They did everything in their power to find a way to make it work, and for that, I am so grateful! The people here are top notch, and Dr. Stewart truly cares about his patients!
Dr. Porter came highly recommended by two neighbors. I called and was about to schedule the appointment with a date and time then the receptionist suddenly told me Dr. Porter is "being picky" about new patients and doesn't want to see people with questions about gluten intolerance and hormone testing. What? You only want to piecemeal your job? I should have known given the ratings from the SelectMed site as well as these google reviews. I guess I'll never know if he's a good doctor -- I just know he's "picky."
