HIPAA violation, much? The front stuff freely discusses the private medical records of patients in the front lobby for all to hear. Very unprofessional as well as illegal.

It has been an awful experience to deal with this front office staff who show no respect to patients that they have inherited from previous owner. You are not informed of new lab charges you will now be billed for and you will not be told you are seeing a PA not DO as you had been treated by before. Whole different level of care being given with this new management. Physician assistant. Not dr. Along with RUDE& DISRESPECTFUL office support .
