Dr. Cetel is a very professional doctor who truly cares about her patients! I have been going to her for several years after my sleep doctor referred me to her. She has an exceptional bedside manner, and she really tries to give options to help you around obstacles some sleeping disorders present. I am very grateful she is my doctor, and I highly recommend her!
Dr Cetel MD has been great. I applied for a Data Entry Position for the Insomnia trials. I do have lots of experiance in data entry and I've added to that by getting my Associates Degree and National Certificate in Medical Office Assistant, Certified Health Information Technician and Insurance and Medical Coding. Dr. Mindy Cetel is an intelligent, kind doctor who takes the time to discuss the details of one's sleep issues. The staff has been friendly and no noticeable problems to state. Definitely would recommend this doctor to others who are in need of a good physician.
In a nutshell, received a referral, never got a call to schedule so I called them. Seemed nice enough but scheduled several months out for a consult appointment. THEN the day before the appointment emailed me they had cancelled it! Why? Because they say they left me a message to confirm the day before and its their policy to cancel if you dont call them back. No message was left because they wrote down my number wrong AND they had emailed me several times with paperwork without ever mentioning this little policy but had a pa... read more
