My experience was a great one! Nurse Caitlan spent a lot of time with me asked questions and worked with me to decide my best course of action. She was compassionate and very attentive. She made me feel at ease. Thank you!
Dr. Zakaria and his entire staff, including Sharie and Sharon, understand the meaning of customer service. Sometimes patients hesitate to call their primary care physician's office because it is so difficult to get an appointment, refill a prescription, etc. Whenever I need their medical services, I never hesitate to reach out. They are friendly, courteous and always willing to help. This office culture starts at the top. Congrats to Dr. Zakaria and his whole staff for their hard work every day on behalf of their patients.
