If you’re experiencing any type of back or neck pain this is the place to go. Dr. Shuffler has helped straighten my neck, improve my range of motion, and minimize headaches. I appreciate how they have taught me ways to improve my overall health. This team will show you exercises and discuss ways that you can help yourself change bad habits and live a healthier/pain free life style.

I have been going to Integrated Health for about 6 months now and I’m feeling great! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and since it’s a family run business, you feel at home, like visiting friends. They also do mini workshops in the evenings (free) and talk about various subjects pertaining to healthy lifestyles as well as information on yoga.
