Dr Piker is AMAZING! So very knowledgeable about migraines. I have had several sets of occipital injections that always are 100% effective in keeping migraines/pain down for 4-6 months each time. After different medications we finally found success with monthly EMGALITY injections and NURTEC dissolvable tabs (which my old neurologist had never heard of?!). Hope he never retires.
