Having a crown replaced is not always a pleasant experience. Make that NEVER. But, on October 12 I had Dr. Jason Troutman replace a broken crown for me. He thoroughly explained the whole process to me and showed me the machine that actually milled out the new crown. His attention to detail and explanation of the procedure left me with no doubt that this would be the easiest, fastest and best crown procedure I would ever have . And it was. I have been seeing Dr. Troutman and staff for the past years. My experience has always been pleasant, friendly, efficient and timely. Very clean and professional environment. Sate of the Art facility. I would recommend this practice to everyone without hesitation.
If other dentist could be like my dentist Dr Cole we would have a world of peace, free of cavities and pain. She is gentle and caring though the whole process and has helped me over my fear of going to the dentist. The entire staff has always been friendly and easy to work with.
My first visit was a totally positive experience. The staff was courteous, friendly and welcoming. I have always heard good things about the Troutman Family practice and was happy to experience it for my self. Dr. Troutman explained (in easy terms) my dental needs and a plan to move forward. I felt satisfied that I have picked a quality dental practice.

Allison and Melissa are two of the sweetest people I have ever meet. Now to the service I got is second to none.i am 60 years and have seen a lot of doctors in my life but nothing like those two young ladies. They are so compassionate about what they do it's unbelievable.
