Dr. Cole is awesome! She's smart, trustworthy and works hard for her patients. She's always on time and sometimes even runs ahead of schedule. The dental hygienists are gentle and thorough. What a great dental team!

I had moved to Carrboro about 9 mths ago. I kept meaning to find a dentist, but kept putting it off. One weekend recently, I had a tooth become infected with soreness starting Friday night and by Sunday my face was swollen and I was in considerable pain. A friend suggested Dr. Troutman and they saw me on Monday. The tooth required surgery. From the office staff to the hygienists to Dr Troutman - they are all superb! Warm, friendly, very knowledgeable. We love this practice!
My experience was excellent. From the time I walked in the door and the ladies at the front desk spoke and smiled and offered to help me. Everyone that I came in contact with through the entire visit was warm and friendly and I must say the building is beautiful and very welcoming. Dr. Cole was awesome and although I am petrified to be at the dentist, I left the office knowing she is my new dentist. I cannot say enough about how friendly everyone was. Considering it was a dental appointment, it was very pleasant.
Kristen (I might not be getting that name exactly right; sorry) was very quick, courteous, and gentle with the cleaning and Dr. Cole was professional and friendly as always. But, the best thing about this visit is that I forgot to provide my new dental insurance info at checkout, and when I realized my mistake and called back, the front desk folks took care of everything over the phone. I've been using this dentist for 7 or 8 years (maybe more than that!) and they are always so friendly, professional, timely and efficient! I highly recommend them!
