This is a "green-washed" dental office that lacks serious emotional intelligence. No wonder they have had so much turnover in their staff over the last several years that I was a patient there. They do not care about you as an individual, they care about money and their huge egos. I recommend Sue Vetter instead. She is the real deal and I am so happy to have found her after being spit out by Integrative (was seriously mishandled and mistreated after being a patient there for years). What a disappointment. This office was so amazing when Dr. Rubin owned the place. He emitted kindness and compassion and the office radiated that feeling. Now, prepare to be treated with lectures, be in pain by having the hygienist push so hard into your gums, and never have a kind word relayed towards you. Time for a new dentist office. I'm going for holistic and biologic and I am not returning there.
I have been going to Integrative Dentistry for at least thirty years! They continue to be some of the most competent caring health professionals I have ever encountered. And...holistic is where it's AT! Joan Kramer.
