Everyone is friendly, the office is organized, and they do a great job with the covid-19 procedures. I felt very safe during my cleaning this more.

I was impressed with the precautions and procedures being used to keep patients safe during this Covid season. I appreciate the standard of cleanliness and use of protective equipment being utilized to keep me as safe as possible during my visit.
I broke my upper partial denture. Dr. Bateson and her staff quickly consulted with my periodontist's office in regards to where I was at in my plan with him and then scheduled me for the following day. Once there, Dr. Bateson explained my options for repair/replacement. I have been struggling with some mental processing issues and it took me awhile to comprehend and deliberate on my options. My family and I have been going to IDP for over 30 years. They always address our dental issues in a professional manner taking the extra time to ensure our experience is as painless as possible. You can learn a lot providing dental care for 30+ years. I highly recommend.
Excellent service! The office was clean. The staff ,dental assistant ( Stacy), and Dr Lou were KNOWLEDGEABLE, efficient, and friendly.
