As a cyclist and personal trainer I often acquire various overuse injuries. No matter what the issue, Alex works tirelessly within each session to deal with and correct the issue. I always feel better the next day. Highly recommend him.

Wry responsive and professional. The studio is very clean and inviting. He knows his trade and performs it well. I was able to walk out with relief on my back and sciatica.

Alex was amazing. I tweaked my back and had him do a deep tissue sports massage. Asked him to really dig in and he met the challenge. Very respectful and kind. Would definitely recommend him!!

Alex Messier of Cotee River Therapeutic Massage is outstanding. After my total right knee replacement surgery, the pain was not only in the new knee area, but also an excruciating nerve pain that was running along side my leg and down through my foot. Alex does great work! I've had a lot of different therapists over the years and not everyone can get to the source of the pain or misalignment. Alex listens, observes and takes notes on each session to ensure you're getting what you need. After each session my pain has been relieved and the benefits have lasted weeks. I highly recommend him!
