Dr, Walker and his assistant are wonderful. I highly recommend.
Dr. Kevin White has been great to work with. He really listens and always asks if I have any concerns. In the past I’ve felt rushed during medication management appointments with other providers, but Dr. White always takes the time to check in and make sure everything is going well. Suman is also fantastic on the administrative side. He is very friendly and creates a positive environment. I'm writing this review for Dr. Joe Walker, as i've been a patient of his for the past 5 years. As well as his Assistant Rahul Dubey. Dr. Walker is caring, thoughtful, and the best Psychiatrist i've had, and i've had 5 throughout my life. His assistant Rahul, is extremely fast in sending over PAs, responding to my questions, if i have to travel, he's extremely helpful in working with my pharmacy. My psych meds are changing. My psychiatrist told me if I needed her she would be available, but she never was. We made this whole plan on how to get off seriquil. I was to ween off seriquil and take vraylar. Well the vraylar needed approval and it was never sent. They told me they sent the prior authorization but they never did. My medical ended up paying for it. And this whole time, im taking the seriquil because i dont have vraylar and i end up running out. I asked for a refill and it wasn't refilled.
