My psych meds are changing. My psychiatrist told me if I needed her she would be available, but she never was. We made this whole plan on how to get off seriquil. I was to ween off seriquil and take vraylar. Well the vraylar needed approval and it was never sent. They told me they sent the prior authorization but they never did. I’ve been a patient at IBHM and greatly appreciate the care I’ve received from Dr. Tecott and his Assistant, Suvo. They have always been professional, gone out of their way to ensure great patient care, and make sure I understand my treatment. I highly recommend this team and organization!

I’ve worked with Dr Walker for close to 8 years now. Meetings with him are brief and to the point, it can even feel rushed. But if you come prepared with your needs, he will outline a plan of care that is rooted in extensive experience and targets clarity and simplicity. I have been seeing Dr. Swapnil Khurana through IBH for about a year. She is kind, compassionate, and expert at what she does. Her admin, Santanu, always makes sure that she gets my prescription renewal requests in a timely manner & Dr. Khurana always sends them to my pharmacy right away. Recently, I was out of town for a family emergency & unsure of when I would be able to return home. I have been so lucky to find both Dr. Walker and his wonderful assistant Rahul. I cannot say enough superb things about them. Dr. Walker listens intently, he is compassionate, kind, patient, and truly listens to his patients in depth. He is the most fabulous psychiatrist I have ever had; you cannot go wrong with him- he is amazing!!!
