Dr Lana Bukley is great and the ladies at the front desk (Gloria, etc). However, their billing clerk Micheal needs a lesson in customer service and how to speak to people. He will talk to you like you are a child and beneath him and will refuse service to anyone who doesn't have the money to pay. Very unprofessional and the support staff are aware and very apologetic since I'm sure they are used to complaints about him. He needs to be replaced so he can learn to remain humble and professional at all times.
