I really did have a great experience with the Team and Dr Violina is such an amazing professional, she truly cares about your case and follow up. She was such a relief for me. Highly recommended.
Dr. Frenkel is a kind and compassionate doctor who will do anything for her patients. Simply put I am incredibly grateful to have her as my psychiatrist. My life has significantly improved since becoming a patient of hers.
I’m willing to break my confidentiality in hopes of saving others time and stress, as I had to experience such impactful, degrading interactions with office staff to the point of leaving. The only reason I did not give 1 star is because I had been a patient of nurse Luba for years. She was incredible. I recently started treatment about 2 months ago with Dr. Lyubov and I had never had a better experience with a psychiatrist before. Not only has she been attentive and helpful with my needs the front desk staff has been awesome! I had an issue with my medication being fulfill and I haven't heard back from my Dr in regard to the issue. Giselle contacted me the following day and helped me get in touch with my doctor.
