I've been a patient of Dr. Grelle for a long time. When she left , it went down hill. The staff is wonderful and has not changed but Dr. Seems to rush through . I was given meds by the Dr that had nothing to do with my issue . So I changed Dr's.
The last couple of times I have been there. I saw a NP. I felt like she did not listen to me and she only wanted to prescribe me depression meds when I didn't feel I needed them.
Since Dr Grelle has left this practice I haven’t been able to get referrals as easy. My insurance has to have a referral for me to be able to see a specialist and my neurologist office has reached out to the 4 times within the last week and I’ve tried 5 times (including going by their office). They told me it was done and it hadn’t been done. I spoke with Ashley today & she was amazing in helping me and got it taken care of while I was on the phone.
