Wonderful staff and a comfortable environment:
First intake appointment was great. Then every single appointment after, the counselor was either a no show or late. And in the instances where they were late, I had to call to ask if the appointment was forgotten or canceled. By the 3rd or 4th time of this happening, I just asked them to remove me from their client schedule.
