A beautiful oasis in the middle of Manhattan. I tried the vibroacoustic therapy. So relaxing I had an out of body experience, a must try!
I visited Tournesol Wellness last week and had the most wonderful experience. Carey Davidson gave me a tour of the beautiful, tranquil facility before setting me up in the Vibroacoustic Therapy room. The therapy itself is really cool. You lay on what feels like a mattress made of water while music sends vibrations through the mattress and into your body to soothe any aches, pains or just general stress you may be feeling.
