Coming to this practice after experiencing a negative, costly , recent visit to a ‘doc in the box’ retail vision clinic, this practice soothed my wounds and proved my instinct to seek out a local expert to care for my precious eyes was correct! Great customer service
The doctor spent a lot of time with me. Much appreciated. When ordering glasses, the assistants should discuss options with a patient and not just make decisions without giving the patient choices. I eventually got choices, but only after "pulling teeth" to get there.
