The doctor spent a lot of time with me. Much appreciated. When ordering glasses, the assistants should discuss options with a patient and not just make decisions without giving the patient choices. I eventually got choices, but only after "pulling teeth" to get there.
It's was just wonderful
This is not to doubt or degrade Integrated visions ability to provide good service. The issue I have is when I went to the greenwood facility for a different option from my original eye doctor in Aiken. They asked me for my eye insurance carrier and medical provider. I went in for a simple eye exam and contact fitting and was charged 130.00 after my eye insurance was maxed out before I left the office. All the staff was very nice, informative, and helpful. Dr. Bang was also very nice and informative.
